Get ready for your pilgrimage with complete peace of mind by meeting all required vaccination guidelines. JTS Medical Center’s Immunization Travel Clinic provides expert advice and all essential vaccines as per the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Embassy requirements for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.
All pilgrims must receive the Meningococcal and Seasonal Influenza vaccines.
The total cost for the required vaccinations is 599.
Make sure to get all required vaccinations at least 10 days before you travel. JTS Medical Centre will record your vaccinations on your Vaccination Card as needed.
You can book your vaccination by calling JTS Medical Centre at 04-3799954 or by visiting us in Jumeirah 1, Dubai.
JTS Medical Center also offers Hajj medical screenings. To book an appointment, please call 04-3799954.
Make sure to drink plenty of fluids, especially electrolyte- or vitamin C-rich drinks like citrus juices. If symptoms do not improve, get medical help.
Wear a medical ID bracelet that lists your name, age, diagnosis, and medications. Try to avoid crowds, always carry your inhaler or emergency medicine, and talk to healthcare staff for advice that fits your needs.
Have the person sit upright and lean forward a little. Pinch the soft part of their nose for 5 to 15 minutes and use a cold compress. If the bleeding does not stop, get medical help or ask Hajj volunteers for support.
If you have low blood sugar, quickly eat or drink something sugary, such as fruit juice, honey, or glucose tablets. If you do not feel better or if your symptoms get worse, get medical help right away.
Pack enough medication for your whole trip and keep a card with your medical history, allergies, and emergency contacts. Share these details with your group leader and companions to stay safe. Talk to your doctor at JTS Medical Centre about any special needs before you travel.
Use a pill organizer and set reminders on your phone or watch for each dose. Keep important medicines in a pouch or pocket so you can reach them easily during rituals. Ask your doctor at JTS Medical Centre for advice about travel medications.
If you start to feel stressed, talk to your group leader or reach out to Hajj volunteers for help. If possible, take breaks in between, drink enough water, and try relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or gentle stretching.
