Dr. George Jacob is a Specialist Periodontist joining JTS Medical Centre with 18 years of dental practice in Dubai. Dr. George worked at Emirates Diagnostic Clinic (2002-2016), Mediclinic from 2016 to 2018 and Medcare Hospital – Al Safa from 2018 till date.

Dr. George Jacob did his master’s in dental surgery from Kerala University in India after completing his bachelor’s from Mangalore University. He is associated with several professional associations including the Indian Dental Association, the Indian Society of Periodontology, and the Emirates Medical Association. He is a Fellow of Academy of General Education, Manipal and the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI).

He provides specialized periodontic treatments which includes all types of flap surgeries, bone grafts, gingival grafts (free gingival grafts, subepithelial connective tissue grafts), gingival surgeries, dental prophylaxis, subgingival scaling, and curettage with root planning. Also, he performs all types of root canal treatment (anterior and posterior) using rotary instruments and electronic apex locator, post, and core treatment.

Dr. George provides treatments involving glass ionomer and composite fillings, pulpotomy, pulpectomy, fluoride application, and extractions.
