Prior to joining JTS Medical Centre, Dr. Raji Mathew, Specialist Internal Medicine, worked for Mediclinic Welcare Hospital Dubai since 1999 and oversaw the Intensive Care and Coronary Care Units and later served Emirates Diagnostic Clinic as a Specialist Physician.   In 2010, he joined the world-renowned Peter Munk Cardiac Centre at the  Toronto General Hospital, Canada and successfully completed his  Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation.

Dr. Raji Mathew is an ACLS provider with the American Heart Association, a life member of the Heart Failure Society of America, Emirates Cardiac Society, Indian Academy of Echocardiography,  Cardiological Society of India  and Association of Physicians of India.

His expertise also includes the latest diagnostic techniques in  cardiology  and  internal medicine  like  echocardiography,  exercise stress testing  as well as various Invasive procedures.
