Who Should Not Be Vaccinated?
The vaccine can be given to anyone starting from the age of 6 months. However, your physician or vaccination nurse will be recommending you the influenza vaccines based on the factors like your age group, health status (current and past), any allergies to influenza vaccines or to their components, and considering your higher risk to get influenza complications
Vaccination is particularly important for the following groups as they are at higher risk of getting influenza complications:
- Hajj and Umrah pilgrims

- Pregnant women
- Smokers
- All adults aged 65 years and older
- People under 65 years of age with high-risk conditions such as:
